1. Commitment Term

IGNITE is a 6- or 12-month mentorship program. By enrolling, you are committing to the full term selected, with weekly payment installments.

2. Payments

• Payments are processed weekly through the payment method provided at sign-up.

• Payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Early cancellation is not permitted after the initial 30-day trial window.

• Within the first 30 days of joining, you may cancel for any reason. Payments already made are non-refundable, but future installments will not be charged.

• After 30 days, you are responsible for the remainder of your payment plan, regardless of participation level.

4. Pause Policy

• Members may request a one-time pause of their membership for up to 45 consecutive days in the event of significant personal or business circumstances.

• During a pause, coaching, community access, and program materials are suspended.

• Payments will resume automatically at the end of the pause period, and full access to the program will be reinstated.

5. Access During Membership

Members in good standing (active payments) will have full access to:

• Live coaching calls with Alexis

• Telegram support

• Online program materials

6. Results Disclaimer

IGNITE is a mentorship program designed to provide tools, strategies, and support. Results are dependent on individual effort and cannot be guaranteed.
